General FAQ’s

 

1. What storage media should I choose DVD, CD, or Flash Drive?
   • We recommend a 2 GB flash drive because it holds more images that a DVD which holds more images than a CD.  The image quality is the same between all storage media.
2. How will the images be organized on my storage media?
   • You scanned images will be stored in JPEG format.  Your images will be organized in folders using the name you provided for us.  For example, if you named a group of photo’s “Disney Vacation 1975” that is the name you will see on the folder.
3. I am worried about shipping my pictures.
   • Your memories are safe with us.  We recommend you ship your package through a carrier that provides the tracking of your order throughout the entire shipping process.  And always remember to package your pictures correctly.  See Packaging and Shipping for instructions.
4. Do you guarantee shipments against loss?
   • Yes, Winning Photography Solutions offers a guarantee against loss of your order once it is received at our location. 
5. My order is too heavy for one box; can I put it in 2 separate boxes?
   • Yes you can but your order will processed as 2 separate orders. 
6. What kind of box do you recommend I ship my images in?
   • DO NOT use a flimsy box; use only boxes designed for shipping.  You can purchase these at UPS, USPS, box stores, U-haul and most Office Supply stores.  Make sure you use an adequate amount of tape on the box and always use shipping tape.

Terms and Conditions

When you use Winning Photography Solutions, L.L.C. website, place an order for scanning services, or purchase Card Talk cards you agree to accept our terms of business.  The following conditions apply and are considered to be a part of all services and or products purchased from Winning Photography Solutions, L.L.C..

Shipping:  Scanning and Restoration Services

Winning Photography Solutions, L.L.C. is not liable for the Content or any other materials while in transit through or in possession of the United States Postal Service, United Parcel Service, Federal Express or any other carrier.  You agree to be liable for any Content or any other materials should they be misdirected, lost ,stolen, or damaged while in transit through the United States Postal Service, United Parcel Service, Federal Express or any other carrier used for transport.  When we return your Content, we will only use shipping methods that are reliable and traceable.  We require that all return shipments use methods which require a signature for delivery.  There will not be any exceptions to this rule under any circumstances.  All items purchased through Winning Photography Solutions, L.L.C. are made pursuant to a shipping contract.

Card sets are shipped with the greatest of care to ensure your cards arrive in pristine condition.  If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact Winning Photography Solutions for a resolution to the problem.

Your Order

We request information from the user on our order form. A user must provide contact information (name, phone number and shipping address) and billing information (credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill the customer's order. If we have trouble processing an order, this contact information is used to get in touch with the user. If you submit a different address for shipping than for billing, that personal information is only used for the purpose of shipping the package. The shipping recipient will not be added to any marketing distribution list or future correspondence.

Returns

If you don't love it we will take it back.

We strive to exceed your expectations with every product you receive. All products are made with the best materials.  If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return any unused products for a replacement or refund within 30 days of receipt, subject to the following exceptions:

1.      Card sets must be in reasonable condition.

2.      Card sets must include the complete set of cards

Contact Winning Photography Solutions to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please specify whether you want a replacement, a refund or a credit with Winning Photography Solutions.  

Limitations of Liability

We are not liable nor responsible for any materials not in our possession.  Items lost or damaged while in transit are the responsibility of the carrier's company and are subject to that company's terms.

You, the user, understand and agree that the submission of any photos and/or film to Winning Photography Solutions is done at your own discretion and risk and that you will be solely responsible for any loss or damage to your photos. Winning Photography Solutions shall assume neither responsibility nor liability, for damage, loss, delay or irregularity to persons or property in connection with third parties over which Winning Photography Solutions has no control.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Winning Photography Solutions LLC (its owners, associates, agents and employees) shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, even if DigMyPics.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Privacy Policy

Winning Photography Solutions LLC (WPS) is committed to protecting your privacy.   As a condition of using WPC services or purchasing Card Talk products you agree to provide personal information.  This information includes, but is not limited to:  full name, address, phone number, e-mail address, financial/credit card information. Please review this privacy policy occasionally as it may be updated from time to time.  This policy was last updated 10/28/09.  You agree that by using the site you are consenting to our use and disclosure of the information that you provide and consenting to receive e-mails as it pertains to our business with you.

We use your information to fulfill your product and or services you have requested. We may also provide your contact information to your credit card issuer or to credit card processors for their purposes.  No other use of your financial information will be made except to satisfy any law, regulation, governmental request, or juridical order.
