How to organize your photos
We recommend that you organize and package your photos in groups
that make sense to you. Please be sure to label each group with a
descriptive name (i.e.” Christmas 1970”). We will maintain your
grouping and use the descriptive names you provided during the scanning
process. Please remember that we will scan photographs in the order we
receive them.
Carefully group your photographs in separate envelope, ziplock bags,
etc., (a size that is closest to the photo size will work the best) and
pack them using protective cushion waterproof material such as bubble
wrap to protect them from damage during shipping. Once images are
packaged, place in a box for additional protection. A sturdy cardboard
box will provide the best protection. Do not use soft sided boxes as
this may not hold up during the shipping process.
Photo Albums
Please remove any photographs that are in photo albums that use any
type of adhesive and place them in groupings. We will accept
photographs in photo albums that do not have any type of adhesive.
Simply send the album with a descriptive name (i.e.” Christmas 1970”).
. We will maintain your grouping by album and replace the photos in
the album during the scanning process. Please refer to the pricing
sheet for additional charges. Once images are packaged, place in a box
for additional protection. A sturdy cardboard box will provide the
best protection. Do not use soft sided boxes as this may not hold up
during the shipping process.

or archival sheets etc., and pack them using protective cushion

sturdy cardboard box will provide the best protection. Do not use soft

Large Format Negatives

sheets with a descriptive name on each envelope and pack them using
protective cushion waterproof material to protect them from damage
during shipping. Once images are packaged, place in a box for
additional protection. A sturdy cardboard box will provide the best
protection. Do not use soft sided boxes as this may not hold up during
the shipping process.
Slides

received them in when you first developed them. If you no longer have
these, organize your loose slides in groups no bigger than 50 slides.
They can be placed in separate envelopes, or stacked together with a
rubber band. We will also accept slides in projector carousels, trays,
or magazines. Please refer to the pricing sheet for additional
charges. Pack them using protective cushion waterproof material to
protect them from damage during shipping. Once images are packaged,
