Restoration Faq's

Do I need to provide instructions for restoration?
- You do not have to provide instructions to restore your image. We will restore the image to the best possible end product. If you have special requests, please include instructions. For example, whiten teeth, remove blemish, touch up crow’s feet, etc.
Can you restore images that have been torn?
- Yes, we can. It is important that we get as much of the original photograph as possible. The more we have to work with the better the end result.
How long will I have to wait for a quote?
- Once we receive the photograph, we will analyze it. This process takes from 1-4 business days.
How long will it take to restore my photo?
- This is extremely dependent on the type and difficulty of the restoration. We typically allow 7-14 days for most restorations.
Can you restore black & white, sepia and color images?
- Yes, we can do all of the above.
What image correction software do you use in the restoration process?
- Adobe Photoshop
